He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, from making an offer to working with the mortgage banker. Colin was beyond professional throughout the entire process. My wife and I were looking to relocate closer to our jobs to help save on our daily commute. Colin was very attentive and hands on making sure we met our deadlines. He would give his honest opinion when asked for his recommendation. He would always ask after each showing, Is this something you can see yourself in? Is this really what you want? He would say I want to make sure you buy the "right" house for you. This really made us feel as though we were all working together. Colin never tried to make a quick sale and he always kept our needs in mind with every property showing. I highly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a real estate agent. He won't disappoint with his services.
Colin is the best! He started this crazy house hunt with me and my pregnant fiancé back in December 2020. We were lucky to go under contract with the first house we saw but because of financing it fell through. That didn't stop Colin though. Fast forward a year later and viewing at least 5 homes per month for 11 months he helped us find our dream first home. He was super helpful with the whole experience, he helped us understand all of the moving pieces of buying a home, he was very understanding and thoughtful with us and most important he is a great guy. 10/10 would recommend again and definitely will refer him to anyone I know that is looking to buy and or sell a home!
